This policy explains how Arday Kaaliye handles information on our web site and Android/iOS student app.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact information (such as name, email, and optional phone/address fields), an optional profile photo, enrollments, lesson and video progress, book activity, notification preferences, support messages, and local payment method/reference information.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver and personalize learning access, save progress, verify payments, send requested alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Do not submit banking passwords or PINs as payment references.
Service providers
We use service providers including Convex for application data and authentication, Bunny.net for media delivery/storage, Google for optional sign-in, and Sentry for privacy-limited crash/performance diagnostics when monitoring is enabled. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit. We retain account and learning records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting duties. Access is limited to authorized administrators and service providers.
Account deletion
In the app or student settings, open Account → Security → Request account deletion. You can also send a request through our contact page using the email on your account. We delete or anonymize associated personal data after verification, except records we must retain for legal, security, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.
